Job Title: Architect / Landscape Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile Architect / Landscape Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in architecture and landscape design to contribute to the planning and implementation of urban infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop architectural and landscape design concepts for urban infrastructure projects, including parks, public spaces, streetscapes, and waterfront developments.
• Conduct site analysis and assessments to understand the context, constraints, and opportunities of project sites.
• Generate design proposals, sketches, and renderings to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Prepare detailed architectural and landscape plans, drawings, and specifications for construction documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and consultants to integrate architectural and landscape designs with engineering systems and project requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design services.
• Oversee the implementation of architectural and landscape designs, providing guidance and support to contractors and construction teams.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design standards and specifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in design and implementation of urban infrastructure projects.
• Strong design skills and proficiency in architectural and landscape design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of urban design principles, landscape architecture standards, and sustainable design practices.
• Attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
