    Description

    Experience Required: 12 to 15 years

    Responsibilities:


    • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and objectives and design innovate solutions using Salesforce cloud and Industry offerings.


    • Lead the pre-sales process by assessing client needs, designing tailored Salesforce solutions, and creating compelling proposals and presentations.


    • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.


    • Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with client business goals, scalability requirements, and industry standards.


    • Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring high quality, scalability, and performance.


    • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, including developers, administrators, and consultants.


    • Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.


    • Continuously assess and evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and tools with focus on Salesforce Industry Cloud offerings to enhance solution offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.


    • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, knowledge sharing, and internal training programs.

    Requirements:


    10-12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform implementation and solution architecture.


    6-8 years of proven hands on experience in leading PreSales working with multiple stakeholders including Sales and Business Development teams and other technology groups


    • Proven track record of success in solutioning roles, including experience leading complex Salesforce projects from inception to delivery.


    • Deep understanding of Salesforce products, features, and ecosystem, with relevant certifications.


    • Candidates with Salesforce Industry Cloud certifications and/or Salesforce Application Architect certification will be preferred.


    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into innovative and scalable solutions.


    • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


    • Experience working in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.


    • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and coach junior team members.
