    Position: Education Consultant for Foreign Study

    Location: Delhi

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of counselors to provide exceptional student guidance and support, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

    Strategic Development: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize business performance, leveraging your extensive industry knowledge to drive company turnover.

    Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with international universities and leading educational establishments, serving as the primary liaison between our firm and these esteemed institutions.

    Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends and educational policies, particularly those relevant to UK universities, ensuring compliance with entry requirements and fostering strategic partnerships.

    Professional Development: Champion a culture of continuous learning within the team, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.

    Workshops & Seminars: Help plan and organize workshops and seminars on various aspects of foreign education.

    -Essay Review: Review student essays for clarity, coherence, and adherence to guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 6 years of experience promoting foreign educational institutions in India, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and strategic thinking.

    Exceptional proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.

    Proven ability to generate business independently and lead a team towards achieving organizational goals.

    Ambitious mindset with a strong commitment to personal and professional development.

    Excellent time management abilities and proactive problem-solving skills.

    Fast learner with adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments.

    Comprehensive knowledge of entry requirements for UK universities, including those within the Russell Group and modern institutions.

    Knowledge about universities in countries other than the UK is advantageous, though not mandatory.

    Prior experience in editing essays or academic writing is highly desirable.
