    Role will include:

    • Leading endtoend operations of all Delivery Centers in your for pan India, Own the endtoend operations of Warehouses and Last Mile Logistics which include infrastructure, people, and processes.
    • Facilitating launch of new city operations and expanding operations in different cities.
    Mentoring Delivery Centre Managers.

    • Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance, Sourcing & Customer Service for smooth operations in your zone.
    • Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives at Delivery Centers.
    • Leading the Process Optimization Project for the entire PAN India for the entire Last mile vertical of Urban ladder.
    • Driving improvement initiatives such as NPS improvement, reduction in wastage through solving complex problems around logistics & customer experience.
    • Headcount and Infrastructure planning for new Delivery Centers and Mentoring Delivery Centre Managers for efficient running of operations.
    • Take decisions on matters relating to the daytoday operations within the assigned Business unit including the strategic planning of resources and competition benchmarking.
    Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role

    • Operations, Sales; preferably in supply chain management & FMCG/ecommerce.
    • Independent & Entrepreneurial; Leadership and Team Management skills.
    • Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations.
    • Excellent management, communication and reporting skills.
    • Highly analytical and comfortable with solving complex problems. Should be strong on First principle thinking.
    • Should be able to operate with strong rigour and detailed orientation.
