Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to strengthen our HR operations at the Kosikalan unit.Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, interview coordination, and joining formalities
- Conduct induction programs and ensure proper documentation
- Compile monthly attendance, leave, and overtime data
- Coordinate with accounts team for accurate and timely payrollSupport statutory compliance tasks including PF, ESIC,and other labor laws
- Evaluate employee grievances professionally confidentially empathetically resolve through dialogue documentationEnsure accuracy timely delivery assigned tasksOrganize employee engagement initiatives birthday celebrations staff eventsAssist internal communications town halls feedback initiativesEligibility Criteria
- Bachelor Master degree in HR Business Administration related field
