Job Title: Product Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5-12 years in Operational Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Product Lifecycle Management
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics
Certifications: FRM, CFA, CQF, or CA preferred
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Bloomberg, Reuters, or any ORM/GRC platform
Responsibilities:
Product Implementation: Lead, manage, and execute internal development initiatives for Acies TechWorks's proprietary Callisto application, focusing on Non-financial risk management areas such as ORM, BCP, TPRM, Compliance Management, and Internal Audit.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct and manage product demonstrations for prospective clients across industries. BFSI industry experience is necessary.
Pre-sales Initiatives: Lead product pre-sales initiatives like RFP responses and product marketing collateral creation.
Product Development: Define methodologies and workflows for product development and undertake product development along with the team using our No-code platform Revolutio.
Data Management: Define and manage data tables and models for the products.
Testing and Bug Resolution: Test GUI flow and accuracy of developed functionalities/features across the application. Raise bugs and feature requests with the platform team and coordinate to get those addressed.
Research and Prototyping: Research functional methodologies and design prototype models about workflows, risk quantification, and compliance with various GRC standards.
Documentation: Lead and/or assist in drafting/enhancing existing product documentation and collateral such as business requirement documents, functional specification documents, user manuals, demo presentations, test case repositories, etc.
Team Leadership: Independently lead and mentor a team of associates/developers on a day-to-day basis.
Support: Provide support to the implementation team in case of product-related queries.
