As a Relationship Manageryou will be responsible for reviewing design device installationsand testing documentation. You will maintain accurate records ofinstalled devices and conduct thorough checks before the handover.Coordinating and performing inspections of materials or devices atthe site and finished products will be a crucial part of your role.You will apply appropriate quality assurance testing models andfollow provided QC lists diligently. Tracking and checking thecustomization provided by the client as well as following up withthe client for 3 months after completion are essential tasks.Keeping track of customer satisfaction in regards to the serviceand products installed will be a key focus area. Additionally youwill be responsible for identifying the root cause of qualityproblems and coordinating modifications or other correctiveactions.CandidateQualifications:
We are looking for acandidate with a Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related fieldalong with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Priorexperience in the automation machinery manufacturing industry willbe highly valued.RequiredSkills:
