    Job description (Candidates in and around Gurgaon preferred )

    The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Candidates with prior experience of selling in Edtech, education/ skilling industry shall be strongly preferred.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed sales targets
    • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
    • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Department for further development and closure
    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
    • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
    • Effective use of CRM to manage the entire sales cycle
    • Collaborating with management on sales goals
    • Support the team with other responsibilities as required
    • Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
    • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
    • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation

    Key Requirements

    • Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
    • Strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the EDTech industry.
    • Highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. ZOHO) would be a plus
    • 2-3 years' quota carrying 4-5 lakhs per month
    • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Salary : Rs 25,000 - Rs.35,000 + Aggressive Incentives based on candidate profile and experience
