    Job Summary

    As we continue to grow, we are looking for a world-class Lead Analyst – Oracle Order Management & Logistics based in Hyderabad, India and reporting to the Manager – Enterprise Systems (O2C & Logistics). In an industry that is reshaping the world's energy future, there's no better place to be.

    As the Lead Analyst for Oracle Order Management & Logistics, you will play a crucial role in delivering end-to-end IT solutions for Order Management and Logistics business processes. This role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of Oracle Order Management Suite and Logistics modules, including Order Scheduling, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, Intercompany Transactions, Configure to Order, and Available to Promise (ATP). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize processes, solve complex problems, and expand functional capabilities. Your expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite and Logistics will be instrumental in driving innovation and enabling the organization's growth towards a sustainable green future.

    You'll be responsible for:

    You will drive:

    1. End-to-End Solution Delivery for Order Management and Logistics:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for new implementations, changes, or root cause fixes.
  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle Order Management Suite and Logistics solutions, including Order Scheduling, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, Intercompany Transactions, Configure to Order, and ATP
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system, data, and integration impacts.
  • Ensure solution quality, test criteria, and deployment align with stakeholder expectations.
    1. Integration and System Architecture:
  • Develop process flows, architecture diagrams, and data models for Order Management and Logistics processes.
  • Understand and leverage the system and data integration architecture of Oracle EBS R12.2.X
  • Work with technical developers (in-house/external) to ensure proper solution build and integration with third-party systems.
  • Provide expert advice and support for Enterprise Command Center dashboard.
    1. Operational Excellence:
  • Provide 24x7 rotational support for P1 and P2 incidents, outages, and on-call support for Order Management and Logistics modules.
  • Act as the single point of contact for escalated system issues, impact assessment, and resolution
  • Collaborate with auditors, prepare evidence, and review SOX controls for compliance.
  • Identify roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • You should bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 7-9 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2.X) Order Management and Logistics modules
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end business processes related to Order Management, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, Intercompany, and Available to Promise (ATP)
  • Strong understanding of system and data integration architecture of Oracle EBS R12.2.X
  • Experience in developing process flows, architecture diagrams, and data modeling for Order Management and Logistics processes
  • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, post-production support, and documentation for Oracle Order Management and Logistics
