2.BASIC FUNCTIONa. Executes andrepairs electronic equipment such as PC based controllers and otherinstruments.
3. JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS AND ABILITIES a. Ableto adapt & understand robotics and automation.b. Has skills & knowledge in PLCapplications & can read and interpret ladder diagrams.c. Has strong sense of monitoring/assessingthe performance and behavior of anequipment.d. Can identify the caused ofoperating failures & differentiates type of failure(electrical electronic or even hydraulic) e.
Able to work lengthy hours if needed and works all shift flexiblywhen job demands.
4. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS /MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSa. Atleast Three (3) years Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Diplomain Computer Engineeringb. At least Three (3)years work experienced (in same position applied) in ceramic ortile manufacturing c. Or at least five (5)years work experienced (in same position applied) in any relatedmanufacturing industry d. Training orcertification in PLC programming (SIEMENS or OMRON) an advantage.
5.MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIESa. Performsbreakdown maintenance. Evaluate and analyze job request and performthe repair.b. Performs corrective predictive& preventive maintenance as per establishedstandards.c. Calibrates technicalinstruments such as servomotors temperature & PIDcontrollers pressure transducers/transmitters actuator &control valves thermal & opticalsensors.d. Repair DC drives inverters burnercontrollers electronic cards and electronic control panels. Involvein fault detection related to PLC program & drives.
Modification of parameters reloading and back up of programs.f. Involves in the upgrade of machine basedPC adapt & restore parameters.g.
Maintains records and documentations. Handle time accounting& complete job request.h. Complywith company safety guidelines & procedures.
