    We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Techwind IT Solutions. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in cold calling and telesales, and possess excellent communication skills in English. If you are passionate about sales, have a persuasive personality, and thrive in a target-driven environment, then this role is perfect for you.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 0 to 3 years of experience in cold calling and telesales
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Ability to build rapport with potential customers and handle objections
    • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
    • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our digital marketing services
    • Identify and generate leads through cold calling and proactive customer engagement
    • Explain the benefits of our services and convince prospects to schedule meetings or demos
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
    • Follow up with leads and nurture them throughout the sales process
    • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly basis
    • Update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
    • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

    Important - The working hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Candidate must be living in Delhi NCR region
