    Purpose:

    Drive dispatch operations smoothly by leading the entire process of requisitions to order dispatch as per the work order.

    Provide precise logistics route plan for drivers to meet the transit time requirements. Enable stakeholders to communicate with relevant & accurate transit information about product.


    Qualification:

    • Essential: Master of Business Management.
    • Desired: Master of Supply Chain Management.
    • An excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations.
    • Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position.
    • Experience with shipping or logistics industry preferred.
    • Problemsolving skills to identify issues and develop solutions to overcome them.
    • Prioritize tasks and keep track of important information to be more efficient.
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite & SAP
