    Job Overview

    We are hiring an HR Manager to join our team at Indiya Intellectual Services, a company specializing in hiring, training, and skill development. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations and implementing effective HR strategies. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role
    • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
    • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers
    • Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations
    • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
    • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and proper documentation for departing employees
    • Administer employee benefits and compensation plans, including payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records
    • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, handling employee grievances, and promoting a positive work environment
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary
    • Devise and implement employee engagement and retention programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees
    • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee knowledge and skills
    • Handle disciplinary actions and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees
