    Job Description:

    As a Business Development Executive at Alpheric, you will be a key player in driving our growth and expanding our client portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to our continued success. Here are the key requirements and responsibilities for this role:
    Key Requirements:

    Business Development Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Business Development is required, specifically in acquiring clients for a Marketing Agency. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and managing Excel sheets is essential. Market Awareness: Strong research skills and the ability to stay up to date with market trends and marketing strategies are critical. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as convincing and persuasive presentation skills for client pitches.
    Responsibilities:
    • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
    • Presentations: Prepare compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports to effectively communicate our services.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for
    • growth. Stay updated with the latest marketing industry standards and trends.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute business development strategies. Work in synergy with colleagues to achieve mutual goals.
    • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Your performance will be instrumental in our growth.
    • Probation Period: The initial three months will serve as a probation period, during which your performance and contributions will be closely monitored. Upon successful completion of the probation period, your position will be confirmed from the 4th month based on a performance evaluation.
