Assistant Manager - Statutory Audit
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Manager in Statutory Audit, based in Thane.
The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3-5 years' post-qualification experience.
The responsibilities include conducting statutory audits across various industries such as manufacturing, services, and trading, finalizing company accounts, performing tax audits, transfer pricing audits, and internal audits.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for computing income and tax liabilities, valuing shares for private placement, ensuring compliance with ROC requirements, providing advisory services on transaction structuring, and handling RBI compliance filings.
Strong team handling abilities are essential for this role.
