Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the ability to:

• Drive digital product strategies and long-term vision to build the best-in-class products.
• Contribute to market research, improve, and implement new and existing features and functionalities
• Support the product roadmap and ensure the delivery of all product capabilities
• Prepare and write well-structured response documents - correcting / enhancing the technical language written in proposals, bids, presentations, and capability documents.
• Ensure all responses are consistent, engaging customer-facing documents adhere to established deadlines while collaborating closely with the Pre-Sales team to review and refine content before the deadline
• and update the repository of reusable content for writing responses in future.
• content on various platforms and analyze traffic performance as part of a competitive analysis to enhance bid and product strategies
• closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall vision of the project to ensuring the successful launch
• Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material.
• Drive forward AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives, such as ChatGPT to help streamline the capability and bid creation process and enhance overall efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

• Effective communication and presentation skills with impeccable written & spoken English.
• Strong expertise in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Excellent collaborator and initiative-taking attitude with the art of building relationships
• Designing and graphic skills are desirable, (InDesign a bonus)
• Technology and Internet savvy, with an ability to learn technology quickly.
• Good attention to detail
• Highly organized, self-directed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at hand.
