    Drive zoneinitiatives to meet sales objectives focusing on market developmentdistribution expansion and salesoperations.

    Manage recruitment retention and clarity of roles &responsibilities for field managers andemployees.
    Engage with top customers consultants and stakeholders to gatherfeedback and improve businessaspects.
    Monitor inventory receivables and commercial policies; drive dealerprograms and demandgeneration.
    Take direct responsibility for scheme design competition strategyand governanceprocesses.
    Coordinate with NSM and Marketing teams for budgeting and executionof marketingactivities.
