    Senior Business Development Lead

    We are looking for a highly driven Senior Business Development Manager who can take full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Independently handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
    • Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, etc.).
    • Client Engagement & Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, provide appropriate solutions, and build strong relationships.
    • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals successfully.
    • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and emerging business opportunities.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 5-10 years in Business Development, with a strong focus on IT sales (ERP, E-commerce, software services).
    • Sales Expertise: Hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing high-value deals.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, and other ERP solutions is a plus.
    • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
    • Result-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Tech-Savvy: Ability to understand and present complex IT solutions effectively.
