    Description

    Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    · Leverage professional network to build new relationships at operating companies and engage at a granular level with industry executives on topics of critical importance to their businesses.

    · Work alongside senior BD team members in negotiating enterprise level deals for existing clients and new business.

    · Identify and engage with senior industry leaders within the Corporate segment to develop new relationships and grow existing business relationships

    · Identify growth opportunities, build & execute acquisition targets, plans, and realize objectives by helping GLG become a preferred go to partner for clients.

    · Set strategic and operational roadmap for overall book of business and at the account level.

    · Ensure overall client user satisfaction with GLG services and collaborate with servicing team to implement adjustments in servicing model when necessary.

    · Work creatively and collaboratively with internal colleagues- marketing, compliance, legal, finance, technology to deliver solutions to solve complex overall client business issues.

    Key performance metrics

    · Major performance criteria would be expanding penetration of existing clients and monetization of work plus onboarding of clients, monetization of accounts on-boarded, and adoption of new products and systems across existing and new accounts.

    · Drive and build a new business pipeline in the India Corporate segment.
