    OverviewWeare seeking a diligent and detailoriented individual to join ourteam as a Compliance Associate. The Compliance Associate will playa key role in ensuring that our organization adheres to allrelevant laws regulations and internal policies. The successfulcandidate will assist in implementing compliance programsconducting audits and providing guidance to staff oncompliancerelatedmatters.

    WhatThe Work LooksLike:
    • Secretarial:
    a)Ensure compliance under all provisions of Companies Act 2013 andits rules regulations andguidelines.b)Timely closure of all statutory books andrecords.c) Ensuretimely and accurate statutoryfiling.d) Conductgeneral meetings board meetings and committee meetings; maintainrecords.e) Timelyfiling of annualreturns.f) Developand maintain effective relationships with investors businesspartners and crossfunctionalteams.g) Manageinvestor and stakeholders expectations; facilitate twowaycommunication.h)Coordinate with Company Secretary in Practice Board membersCommittee Members Accounts and Finance department external legalcounsels statutory auditors and internalauditors.i) Assistin Due Diligence by externalagencies.j) Filingof eventbased forms with the Registrar ofCompanies.
    • Advisory:
    a)Stay updated with amendments and notifications of CorporateLaws.
    • Behavioral& FunctionalCompetencies:
    1. Analyticalskills including data analysis.
    2. Proactiveapproach in Investor Relations.
    3. CommercialAwareness.
    4. Understanding of law and potentialramifications of Noncompliance.
    5. Understandingand analysis of the consequences of Noncompliance in Businessagreements.

    Experienceand Skills / Qualities We DeeplyValue:
    • Minimum of 24years of experience in a compliancerole.
    • Candidates with experience in Secretarialcompliances and a proactive & effective approach inhandling Investor Relations will bepreferred.
    • Excellent analytical skills with theability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply themto business operations.
    • Detailoriented approachwith a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in allcompliancerelated activities.
    • Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate with colleagues at all levels of theorganization.
