- Experience with the developing in and the implementation of Agile Process and familiarity with core ServiceNow ITSM modules, CMDB,ITOM
- Can effectively use agile tooling; in this case ServiceNow and Microsoft Project, Excel
- Ability to Mentor and Coach Scrum Principles
