    Job Description

    Linen Room Executive

    You play a crucial role at the hotel. As a Linen Room Executive, your main responsibility is to wash hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry. You will follow the Standard Operating Procedures for laundry washing.

    What you will be doing:

    • Inspect laundered items to ensure cleanliness
    • Maintain all laundry machines, equipment, chemicals, and detergents necessary for washing
    • Organize laundry items by type, color, and levels of soiling then separate dry cleaning from regular laundry
    • Check linen and uniforms for any damages or stains, reporting defects to the HOD
    • Remove stains from items following proper procedures and using the appropriate stain removers
    Qualifications

    Your experience and skills should include:

    • Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping/laundry experience is beneficial
    • Ability to anticipate and prioritize guest needs, while maintaining professionalism and friendliness
    • Strong organizational skills and effective time management
