Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical design, drafting, and documentation of electrical panels and control systems using industry-standard design software. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience who are looking for long-term career growth in electrical design engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical drawings using Electrical AutoCAD and EPLAN software.
- Design schematic diagrams, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Develop control circuit drawings and power distribution designs.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production and project teams for design clarification and execution.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical standards and project requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, and design modifications when required.
Required Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Knowledge of Electrical AutoCAD and EPLAN design software is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of electrical panels, control wiring, and protection systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment Requirement
- Candidates must be willing to work with the company for a minimum period of 3 years to ensure project continuity and professional development.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Knowledge of LV/MV panel design.
- Familiarity with electrical standards and documentation practices.
- Exposure to manufacturing or panel-building industry is an advantage.
