    We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for Pre Sales/Telesales.

    Convincing customers on projects and scheduling the meeting with the sales team and arranging the site visit.

    Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with clients & explain about sites.

    Looking for good convincing skill.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company's properties and their features and benefits
    • Assist potential clients with the pre-sales process, including providing information about properties, pricing, and financing options
    • Guide clients through site visits, providing them with a detailed tour of the properties
    • Address any inquiries or concerns that clients may have, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions
    • Ensure that all pre-sales activities are performed in a timely and professional manner
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market in Bangalore

    Qualification / Education and other Requirements:

    • Education- Graduate/Post Graduate.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
    • Decision making skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills
