    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across platforms.
    • Create engaging and relevant content optimized for each platform, including but not limited to text, image, and video content.
    • Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and engaging with the audience.
    • Analyse social media insights and metrics to optimize content performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media strategies with marketing, PR, and sales objectives.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and implement innovative strategies.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities or potential risks.
    • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Set specific objectives and report on ROI

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience 35 years in social media management or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    • Ability to engage international target audience
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
    • Analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
    • Multimedia Skills: Specify if proficiency in creating multimedia content such as video production, graphic design, or photography is preferred
    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
