    Description

    Overview:TheCommis plays a crucial role in the kitchen responsible forsupporting the kitchen team in food preparation maintainingcleanliness and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. The Commisassists in preparing ingredients simple dishes and performs varioustasks to support the kitchen staff. This role is essential inupholding food quality safety standards and contributing to anefficient kitchenenvironment.


    KeyResponsibilities:

     Assist infood preparation and basic cooking tasksMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in thekitchen Collaborate with the kitchen team toensure smooth operations Follow recipes andportion controls accurately Store and handlefood items properly Assist in receiving andstoring deliveries Adhere to safety andhygiene regulations Assist in inventorymanagement and stock rotation Support seniorkitchen staff as needed Ensure kitchenequipment is maintained and used properlyFollow kitchen procedures and standardsdiligently Participate in training anddevelopment programs Contribute to apositive and efficient kitchen environmentCommunicate effectively with the kitchenteam Assist in plating and presentation ofdishes
