    Overview of Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Transformation Lead to drive our company's digital evolution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing finance transformation initiatives across various verticals to enhance business and finance processes, optimize or eliminate manual financial processes, support business growth through technology and innovation, and improve stakeholders experiences including reduction in TAT's and operating costs.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    · Lead cross-functional teams in assessing current finance processes, identifying manual activities, inefficiencies, and designing processes/BRD's for automating the same.

    · Collaborate with key stakeholders including Business, Tech, Product to prioritize transformation initiatives based on business impact and strategic priorities.

    · Oversee the design and implementation of financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation while preparing the BRD's.

    · Provide leadership and guidance to finance operations teams throughout the transformation process, including training and development opportunities.

    · Monitor and measure the performance of transformation projects in JIRA, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and publish weekly dashboard.

    · Oversee the implementation of all automation projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines.

    Qualifications:

    · Chartered Accountant/MBA with 3-5 years of work experience

    · Proven experience in leading finance transformation initiatives within a corporate environment, preferably in a large or multinational organization.

    · Strong understanding of finance processes, including financial operations, financial reporting.

    · Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing finance systems and technologies.

    · Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    · Project management experience, including the ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion with timeline constraints.
