The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), automation, and AI-based virtual agents, along with the technical expertise to customize and integrate ServiceNow solutions. The role involves leading complex projects, enhancing the ServiceNow platform, and driving automation across the organization using Now Assist to improve user experience and service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Now Assist virtual agent , AI, and automation features.

    - Lead the design and development of workflows, enhancements, and solutions leveraging ServiceNow modules ( Combination of any 2) such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

    - Configure, customize, and optimize Now Assist for automating requests, resolving incidents, and providing self-service capabilities to users.

    - Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and integrations to extend ServiceNow functionalities.

    - Implement AI/ML capabilities such as predictive intelligence to improve the accuracy and efficiency of automated responses.

    - Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and process owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    - Lead the development of custom applications and integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

    - Conduct code reviews, ensure compliance with coding standards, and mentor junior developers within the team.

    - Manage ServiceNow upgrades and patching, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.

    - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging scripts and workflows as necessary.

    - Ensure that all ServiceNow solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices and business goals.

    - Work closely with product and process owners to ensure continuous improvement of the Now Assist functionality and user experience.

    - Ensure adherence to ITIL processes in managing incidents, problems, changes, and configuration management within the ServiceNow environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    -Overall IT Experience of 10+ Years with ServiceNow relevant Experience of 5+ Years

    -ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

    -Gen AI Certification in ServiceNow

    -Hands-on experience with Now Assist or ServiceNow Virtual Agent , configuring conversational workflows and integrating AI-driven solutions.

    - Experience with Now Intelligence (predictive intelligence, performance analytics).

    - Experience In implementation of Now Assist and Virtual Agents across ITSM,ITOM, HRSD and CSM modules.

    -Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

    - Strong experience working in an Agile environment.

    - Knowledge of Scripting in ServiceNow, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Now Assist Administration.

    - Leadership experience in managing technical teams or mentoring junior developers.
