    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Incubate, implement, and drive various compensation programs including Market Benchmarking, Merit Increase, pay for performance programs and compensation planning etc. for diverse job profiles.
    2. Design and implementation of variable compensation model (Plan & Role level).
    3. Design campus hires retention model along with the yearly compensation progression.
    4. Design effective incentivization based on the Business context.
    5. Design and execute Annual Compensation Review process for various Businesses to ensure complete budget management and timeline adherence.
    6. Liaise with Finance and Payroll team for smooth administering of total rewards programs
    7. Create the compensation models and indicate the implications/ projections to various objectives.
    8. Continuous research and analysis (including data from the internal recruitment team) for understand emerging compensation trends and recommend changes in our compensation strategy/ approach.

    Skills Required:

    1. Domain expertise of compensation processes and policies
    2. Strong data and analytical orientation.
    3. Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner and attention to detail.
    4. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
    5. Strong organization and problem-solving skills
    6. Proficient in MS Office and Analytical tools, preferably familiar with Success Factors
    7. Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
    8. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and compliances.
    9. Collaboration and influencing skills, to enroll stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    MBA preferably with HR specialization
