    Description

    Job Title: Support Analyst at Oracle

    The position available is for a Support Analyst focused on Oracle SCM/ Finance and ERP products, specifically Order to Cash Technical. The Support Analyst will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service support, handling incident tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex cases.

    Position Overview:

    • Provide high-level technical support for Oracle SCM products
    • Demonstrate expertise in SQL with a strong knowledge base
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
    • Offer customer service on both technical and functional levels
    • Work closely with customers to advise on product usage and resolve critical issues
    • Manage and resolve critical customer issues effectively
    • Act as a Situation Manager for sensitive problems
    • Conduct knowledge sharing and formal training sessions
    • Create and review Knowledge Articles

    Qualifications:

    • Must Have Skills
    • Experience in SaaS SCM suite implementation, support, or upgrade
    • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Release 12.x SCM modules
    • Ability to analyze software Log and Trace files to resolve issues
    • Conduct functional testing based on business requirements
    • Nice to Have Skills
    • Experience in Oracle SaaS SCM Suite implementation, support, or upgrade
    • Configuration experience in various tools like SQL & PLSQL, BI Publisher, and more
    • Knowledge of Fusion Cloud architecture and services
    • Experience in XML, Java, J2EE, Oracle ADF, and more
    • Personal Attributes:

    • Customer-focused and results-oriented
    • Team player with strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Note:
    • Flexibility to work in shifts is required. Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida.

    • Continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies
    • Experience in Managed Services and client relationship management

    Education & Experience:

    Academics:

    Preferably BE, BTech, MCA, CA, or equivalent. Other qualifications with relevant experience will be considered.
