    The ERP and Automation Risk Consulting team supports various internal and external audit clients by leveraging deep expertise in ERP, automation, and data analytics. The team handles security and controls assessments, data analytics, GRC automation, security role design, managed services, segregation of duties assessments, and ERP risk reviews.

    Qualification and Minimum Entry Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of IT audits or risk assessment experience, focusing on Oracle security and controls auditing or Oracle implementations
    • Experience in public accounting or compliance industry related to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) or other industry frameworks
    • Expertise in auditing Oracle ITGCs and application security, particularly in Oracle Cloud ERP, CRM, HCM, Procurement, SCM, and Oracle EBS
    • Proficient in Oracle EBS security, role design, and auditing practices
    • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt the message for different audiences
    • Organized with great time and expense management skills
    • Experience with data analytics tools and Oracle GRC tools
    • Oracle certifications and CISA will be a plus
    • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

    Position & Key Responsibilities

    • Understand and apply RSM US Risk Consulting services, methodologies, and tools
    • Lead Oracle ERP engagements focusing on audit, risk, and control for prominent clients
    • Conduct quality reviews of Oracle ITGCs, security roles, and configurations
    • Assist in maintaining segregation of duties tools and improving security rules
    • Provide Oracle security services and support
    • Enhance Oracle Security methodology and associated procedures
    • Deliver top-tier advisory services and exceed client expectations
    • Cultivate relationships with professionals and industry influencers
    • Collaborate with automation and analytics experts to address Oracle risk management
    • Present professionally both in-office and client meetings
    • Work closely with clients and the RSM team to ensure high satisfaction levels
    • Exercise professional judgment and adhere to ethics standards
    • Contribute to team efforts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management daily
