    About the role:

    We are seeking a visionary and hands-on IT Head to lead our Information Technology department and drive our technological initiatives forward. The IT Head will play a pivotal role in shaping our IT infrastructure, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring the seamless operation of all technology systems within the organisation.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Infrastructure Development:

    • Strong experience in successfully implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting and scaling a wireless network infrastructure in a large office premises.
    • Design and implement scalable and secure IT infrastructure/Internet Services to support the company's rapid growth and evolving needs.
    • Oversee the deployment and management of cloud-based services, network architecture, and hardware/software systems.
    • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard data, systems, and networks against potential threats and breaches.

    2. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute the IT infrastructure roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and growth plans.
    • Identify emerging technologies, best practises and trends that can be leveraged to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage in IT.
    • Provide strategic advice and solutions on technology investments, prioritising initiatives that deliver maximum value to the business.
    • Own and leads all HR Digital Projects of the company to ensure alignment with organizations's long term business strategies.
    • Design the own the IT and cybersecurity policies of the company.

    3. Project Management:

    • Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

    4. Vendor Management:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
    • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost-effective and reliable delivery of products and services.
    • Evaluate vendor performance, track compliance with contractual obligations, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

    5.Administration:

    • Coordinate vendors for additional services like housekeeping, canteen, food management etc.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and handle related logistics.
    • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
    • Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required.
    • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within the IT function, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
    • Deep technical expertise across a broad range of IT domains, including infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and inspire confidence in the IT team's capabilities.
