- We are seeking an experienced Area General Manager to spearhead Livspace's franchise expansion in designated regions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential markets, developing expansion strategies, and ensuring seamless onboarding of franchise partners.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential cities for franchise expansion.
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding the franchise network.
- Generate and convert leads by managing and collaborating with the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners.
- Pitch Livspace's franchise model and handle negotiations.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new franchises are operational within set timelines.
- Monitor and track franchise onboarding targets, ensuring timely operational setup.
- Provide ongoing support to franchise owners for smooth business operations.
- Proven experience in franchise expansion, sales, or business development.
- Strong market research and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent team management and leadership capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals with franchise partners.
- Experience in the interior design, home improvement, or real estate industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within designated regions.
