    PositionOverview:


    Asthe Administrative Manager you will play a pivotal role inoverseeingand managing a range ofadministrative functions to create a conducive and efficientworkenvironment for our employees.

    You willbe responsible for handling diverse tasksincludingbut not limited to canteenmanagement housekeeping management guestmanagementticket bookings hotel bookingflight booking and traveling management related to thesalesteam.

    Additionally you will manage thecompany vehicle log book bus managementandcontracts related to the aforementionedfacilities


    KeyResponsibilities:

    1.

    AdministrativeAssistant:

    Provide clerical and administrative support to the AdministrativeManager. Assist in managing schedulesorganizing meetings and handling routinetasks.


    FacilitiesCoordinator:
    Oversee the daytoday operations of officefacilities. Manage maintenance repairs andimprovements to the physicalworkspace.


    3.

    CanteenManagement:

    Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of the companys canteenfacilities. Coordinate with vendors toprovide quality and hygienic food services.
    Manage budgets and expenses related to thecanteen.


    4.

    HousekeepingManagement:

    Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organizedworkplace. Coordinate with housekeepingstaff to ensure cleanliness standards aremet. Manage supplies and equipment forhousekeeping.


    5.

    GuestManagement:

    Greet and assist guests clients andvisitors. Coordinate meeting room bookingsand ensure a welcomingenvironment.


    6.

    TravelManagement:

    Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for the salesteam. Handle flight bookings hotelreservations and transportation forbusinesstrips.


    7.

    Company Vehicle LogBook:

    Maintain and update the log book for companyvehicles. Coordinate with drivers to ensureproper vehiclemaintenance.


    8.

    BusManagement:

    Oversee the scheduling and management of company buses for employeetransportation.
    Coordinate routes and timings to optimizeefficiency.


    9.

    ContractManagement:

    Manage contracts with vendors related to canteen serviceshousekeeping andtransportation.
    Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable agreements forthecompany.


    10.

    TransportationCoordinator:

    Coordinate company vehicle usage including scheduling andmaintenance. Ensure compliance with safetyregulations and manage transportationrelatedlogistics.


    11.

    BudgetAnalyst:

    Assist in budget planning and management for administrativefunctions. Monitor expenses analyzevariances and provide financialreports.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevantfield. Proven experience in administrativemanagement roles. Strong organizational andmultitasking skills. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. Ability tonegotiate and manage contracts effectively.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevantsoftware.
