    Job Description:

    The Business Analyst will act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP solutions. This role requires strong experience across SAP ECC and functional modules such as SD, MM, or PP, with a focus on translating business needs into scalable, high value system solutions. The Business Analyst will support end-to-end project delivery, lead process improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.

    ·       Partner with Business Owners and Scrum Masters/Project Managers to align product vision and ensure delivery of business value.

    ·       Translate business strategy, objectives, and customer needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

    ·       Analyze complex business processes and document detailed functional and technical specifications, including BRDs, FDS, BPDs, and use cases

    ·       Facilitate discussions with process owners and end users to gather requirements and validate solutions

    ·       Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, including developers and Basis teams, to ensure seamless delivery.

    ·       Assess current state processes and recommend SAP enabled‑enabled improvements

    ·       Support project delivery by defining KPIs, coordinating UAT activities, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

    ·       Lead discussions, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicts to ensure successful outcomes

    Required Experience & Skills

    · –10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to SAP functional areas such as MM, SD or PP

    ·       Solid understanding of end-to-end‑to business processes, particularly in supply chain and manufacturing operation‑end business processes, particularly in supply chain and manufacturing operations

    ·       Handson experience in requirements of documentation, stakeholder management, project coordination, and UAT support‑on experience in requirements documentation, stakeholder management, project coordination, and UAT support.

    ·       Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments

    ·       Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment‑paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    ·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    ·       Proven experience working with global, cross functional implementation teams‑functional implementation teams.
