Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1) Support the supplier during the I&C works.2) Understanding the test requirements and Preparation of vehicles for pedestrian safety tests3) Calibration of Headforms , legforms.4) NABL accrediation support.5) Ensure Uptime of crash lab running6) Ensuring uptime of test equipments7) Procurement of Spares and consumables for Lab running8)Taking up with suppliers incase of any issue closures9) Preparing Budget for facility enhancement and upcoming technologiesExperience3 or 4 years in similar domain for BE and 7 years for DiplomaIndustry Preferred1. Automotive Industry ( R&D, Design or Calibration)2. Testing Agency like ARAI,ICATQualificationsBE/B.TechGeneral Requirements1. Knowledge of Pedestrian safety testing2. Knowledge of hydraulic sysetms3. Knowledge of NABL accrediation process4. Thorough knowledge of launchers, Headforms and Legforms5. Knowledge of Safety & Quality Standards6. Knowledge of Pedestrian safety regulations.
