    JD :Analyzerealtime and historical data on operational performance andcustomer experienceGenerate and modify userdashboards; partner with development & testing teams tocreate effective toolsCoordinate withSalesforce administration and development teams to take ownershipof technical delivery and escalate to relevant resources onroadblocks. Technical leadership setting best practices includingintegration and application development deployment testing (unitand systems) and iterativerefinementIdentify & drivecontinuous improvements in the CRM technology to improve costquality turnaround time & customereffort.
