    Are you passionate about fashion and keen on making a mark in the dynamic world of ecommerce? We're on the lookout for a Junior Merchandiser to join our vibrant team. As a Junior Merchandiser you will play a pivotal role in our operations, focusing on ensuring top-notch quality, managing costs effectively, and maintaining seamless coordination with our network of factories.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with senior merchandiser to coordinate production activities and ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Conduct regular factory visits to oversee production processes, ensure quality standards are met, and address any production issues that may arise.
    • Collaborate with the design team to understand fabric requirements and ensure the availability of printed fabrics as per the design specifications.
    • Assist in the costing process, ensuring that cost-effective strategies are implemented without compromising on quality.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and market demands to contribute innovative ideas for product development and enhancement.
    • Maintain accurate records of production schedules, quality control reports, and other relevant documentation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in a merchandising role within the fashion industry, preferably with exposure to export operations.
    • Strong knowledge of printed fabrics and their manufacturing processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control and cost management.
    • Willingness to travel to factories and production sites as required.
