Position: Food Quality Specialist (Food and Beverage Outlet)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Food Quality Specialist to join our team in Jalandhar. The primary responsibility of the Food Quality Specialist is to ensure that all products meet our company's quality standards and comply with all food safety regulations. The Food Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of all food and beverages served at the outlet through regular evaluation and testing of food and beverage items. The specialist will conduct sensory evaluation of food and beverages to ensure they meet the standards set by the outlet and Cloud kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sensory evaluation of food and beverage items to ensure their quality and taste meet the outlet's standards.

2. Develop and implement food safety and quality control procedures to maintain high standards of food quality.

3. Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise.

4. Conduct regular inspections of food storage and preparation areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

5. Conduct organoleptic testing of food and beverage items to determine their taste, aroma, texture, and appearance.

6. Keep detailed records of all food quality evaluations and testing results.

7. Identify and recommend improvements to food and beverage offerings based on evaluation results.

8. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of ingredients and products used in food preparation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in quality control or food science, preferably in a food and beverage outlet.

3. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.

4. Excellent sensory evaluation skills and ability to identify subtle differences in taste and aroma.

5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Certification in food safety and quality control is a plus.

Job Location: Jalandhar (Punjab)

Job type: full-time

Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 Monthly
