Job Summary
We re looking for Revenue Associate with 1-2 years of experience in sales/key account management/business operations ideally in creator ecosystem Strong preference for candidates from creator marketing agencies influencer marketing platforms talent management firms or creator-focused companies Excellent Excel + analytical skills comfortable with tracking metrics building reports pivots identifying trends making data-backed recommendations Confident communicator with strong creator empathy able to understand how creators think what motivates them Street-smart quick on your feet able to handle dynamic conversations ambiguity fast-moving priorities Strong problem-solving logical structured approach to ambiguous problem statements Comfortable with high-frequency repetitive daily execution creator calling follow-ups maintaining consistency over long periodsResponsibilities
- Speak with creators every day calls WhatsApp/follow-ups help them grow on Wishlink executing right brand/campaign levers creators li Work closely creators plan execute campaigns end-end brief alignment content expectations timelines link setup tracking post-campaign learning Coordinate internal teams brand product support ensure creator campaigns run smoothly creators get fast resolutions Handle objections confidently drive decisions smart negotiation commercials deliverables timelines placement exclusivity where relevant Use strong customer empathy understand creator goals constraints craft solutions improve outcomes both creator brand Track performance Excel/Sheet other analytical tools daily reporting funnel ROI insights cohorting identifying what s working not working Create repeatable playbooks/scripts for conversations so execution consistent scalable h2>
