Position Summary:

The Procurement and Supply Chain Manager is a key role at Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development, focused on the strategic procurement and supply chain management for our construction projects. This position encompasses responsibilities for PSPC (Procurement of Services, Plant, and Construction) items, finishings, and fit-outs, including sanitary, tiles, kitchens, HVAC, and bathrooms. Reporting to the Project Director, the role involves overseeing supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, establishing and managing vendor relationships, assisting in design stages for cost optimization, and managing inventory and material specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain to guarantee the timely delivery of materials and services, minimizing the risk of project delays and cost overruns.
• Pre-qualify and develop relationships with both global and local vendors to source key PSPC items, finishings, and fit-outs, including sanitary, tiles, kitchens, HVAC, and bathrooms.
• Collaborate with the design team to assist in creating mood and material board concepts, contributing to the material selection process.
• Work closely with the design team to identify and implement cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality or project specifications.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of critical materials, implementing efficient inventory management systems.
• Provide expertise and advice on material specifications to the project team, ensuring compliance with project standards and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management within the construction or real estate development industry, with a proven track record of effective vendor management and cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge and experience in global sourcing, particularly for construction materials, finishings, and fit-outs.
• Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
• Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
