    Description

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for Payment Collection.

    Coordinating with staffs and Patient Family.

    Field Work-Patient assessment and review, Patient feedback Analysis.

    Going short visit with Nurse for Procedure.

    Responsible For (24hours/12hours) Services, safety Should be done before services starts up.

    Handles any query, compliant, any other situation that could not be handles by others in the department.

    Converting Internal and External leads for home healthcare. Responsible for the development and implementation of work process of home healthcare.

    Meeting all the discharge patients to enhance home care business. Taking care of the all-home healthcare patients regarding their diagnostics.

    Daily Checking the Blood Investigation Report and Send to concerned person through Mail or WhatsApp.

    Handling Homecare Billing (Blood Investigation, Short term Service,

    Long term Service, Rehabilitation and Doctor Visit / Tele Consultation

    Billing

    Collecting the Billing Amount In the mode of Cash, Digital Wallet, Card and Account Transfer / Handover to Cashier on Daily basis.

    Handling with the Appointments Slots (Pre and Post appointments)

    Maintaining an excel of patient details, Service details, Billing details and Billing Amount on Monthly basis and sharing with Accounts team. Delivered high level of service to customers in effort to build upon future relationships.
