We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive / Brand Services Manager who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.

Job Description- Minimum 2-3 years of client service experience in a Branding and Digital Marketing agency will be added advantage.- Very good at building relationships – with clients and good internal communication.- Work with the team to help develop marketing strategies including digital marketing strategy & execution plans for the client.

This would entail close coordination with the client teams.- You're passionate about relationships and are sophisticated at dealing with different personalities and different seniority levels.- Maintains a regular flow of information between the client and the team, ensuring milestones are met.- Builds confidence with the client solutions, project details, process steps, billings and deliverables are well organized, communicated and managed.- A strategic thinker, understand branding and love it when you really understand a client's business and arrive at insights that solve their challenges via their brand.- An expert at communications – saying what you mean and hearing what others mean to say, whether in a one-on-one conversation or in a formal presentation.- A team player; understand team interaction and roles of team members.- Perform well in a team environment and foster communication and cohesion between internal teams and functions.
