    Description

    Detailed Job Responsibilities:

    • Plan, develop and execute strategy for achieving the business objectives for MR channel
    • Will be responsible for building relationship and influencing the regional MR retailer buyers for delivery of business and align JBP, track progress for Tier 4 MR customers
    • Will be responsible for meeting the Sales Fundamentals instore, track progress and plan for opportunities
    • Will be responsible for Performance Management and Reviews of the entire team
    • Will be responsible for Capability Building of the team. Will involve identifying individual and team training needs and establish and coordinate a training and development plan.
    • Monitor, measure and report on issues, opportunities, plans and achievement within agreed formats and timelines
    • Liaise with other functional / departments to ensure business deliverables and compliance of HR, Admin and Finance principles and guidelines
