    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Principal. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication, ensuring the smooth operation of the Principal's daily activities. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Principal's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    2. Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and prioritizing correspondence as necessary.
    3. Information Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
    4. Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects on behalf of the Principal, liaising with other staff members and stakeholders as required.
    5. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items, ensuring all relevant information is disseminated effectively.
    6. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to schedules.
    7. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and special projects, as directed by the Principal.
    8. Research: Conduct research on various topics as assigned, compiling relevant information and preparing concise reports.
    9. Expense Management: Track expenses, process reimbursements, and maintain accurate records of expenditures.
    10. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred.
    2. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
    3. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
    4. Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    5. Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
    6. Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
    7. Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.
    8. Proactivity: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Principal.
    9. Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

    Salary: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
