 Experience: 6+ years

 Location: Bangalore / Pune / Noida / Remote

 Shift: UK hours

 Contract Duration: 6 months to extendable

 Notice Period: Immediate / 15 days

Job Description

• Core HR and Absence consultant with 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Ability to lead a team, contribute to project initiatives, and guide clients on best practices.
• Hands-on skills in configuration, integrations, and Fast Formula debugging.
• Conduct client workshops, design playback sessions, and knowledge transfer.
• Build trusted client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle HCM Consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Global HCM Cloud Core HR & Absence Management implementation.
• 2–3 end-to-end implementation projects completed in Core HR & Absence Management.
• Strong leadership in workshops (process, design, configuration, validation).
• Excellent communication (spoken & written English).
• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.

Desirable Skills

• Broader HR process understanding.
• Experience with additional Oracle Cloud modules such as Payroll.
