JD for Executive Assistant
One of the leading clients into manufacturing of steels used in the construction industry is looking for a candidate for the post of Executive Assistant.
Job Location- Andheri (E)
Salary- upto 3lpa (25k)
Experience Min 1 to 3 Years

Check emails of Director and take necessary action and notify him where he needs attention or response
Plan day for actionable from emails, projects, whatsapp, pending list & Prioritizing them
Responding Emails & whatsapp of & on behalf of SD
Planning of SD daily schedule & arranging Meetings and Managing calendars and reminding him for days meeting
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Taking dictation ,writing them up subsequently and marking actionable for SD
Managing and updating SDD's totality list and updating him with priorities of projects
Tracking on behalf of SDD and reporting of SD projects / HODs/ Executive by coordinating with them.
Coordinate executive/ HOD communications / reminders/ promises of and for SD
Preparing / updating internal and external documents/ profile/ presentation as and when required.
Creating clear and concise / reviewing MIS reports as and when asked / required
Ensuring project/ assignments/ task are completed on the declared dates
Maintain of accurate minutes of the meeting, including taking notes at meetings, preparing draft minutes for SDDs review
Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents for SDD
Assign work activities, projects, and programs amongst the team & following up on the same.
Check Bills / RTGS/ Cheques / documents are prepared as per the protocol along with attachments & get the same signed & approved
Maintain & checking Blank Cheques in absence of SDD
