Key Responsibilities:

Oversee service and administrative functions in the pickup and delivery area.

Identify and resolve anomalies based on rules and procedures.

Understand logistics partner scan/website shipment movement, etc.

Utilize Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel and PC skills for data analysis.
