Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Sales Specialist at Krishna Metallurgical Laboratories Pvt Ltd located in Gurugram. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for technical sales, providing customer support, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will utilise your technical knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and assist them in selecting the right testing services for their needs. Additionally, you will provide technical support and address any inquiries or issues raised by customers. Should be go to market person with high energy levels.
