    In order to meet the demand for the development of the company, we are recruiting personnel for the Business Development Manager position working remotely in India.

    Job Description (JD)

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    ● Prospect, approach, and maintain relationships with target and potential clients who are foreign investors, expatriates, or managers of large companies and corporations of Indian, other home and host countries;

    ● Conduct thorough research and analysis of the Indian market to identify potential clients and investment opportunities. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments in India, as well as other home and host countries;

    ● Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and expand our client base. Utilize various channels such as networking events, industry associations, social media, and online platforms to identify and engage potential clients;

    ● Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements;

    ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry experts, and potential investors. Understand client needs and objectives to tailor our services and solutions accordingly;

    ● Prepare compelling proposals, presentations and pitches to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.

    ● Manage the sale pipeline (especially for BOF management in India), track leads and opportunities, and provide regular updates on sales activities and progress. Forecast sales targets and work towards achieving and exceeding revenue goals.

    ● Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing & sales, service delivery teams...) to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients. Share market insights, feedback, and recommendations to inform business strategy and decision-making.

    ● Meet target-fulfilling Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for this position to ensure efficient and smooth working performance;

    ● Perform other tasks as assigned by the line supervisor;

    ● Utilize cross-selling activities to promote and sell services effectively.

    Requirements

    ● Bachelor's Degree or higher (Business Administration/Business/Marketing or related)

    ● 02 years or higher of Sales/Business development experience is preferred;

    ● Excellent command of English language (04 skills)

    ● Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    ● Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    ● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    ● Must have aptitude in delivering pitching, attractive presentations and reports
